About Paige

With over 5 years of experience as a fitness coach, I currently coach CrossFit classes and offer one-on-one and small group strength & conditioning sessions. Whether they’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or change their body composition, I work with clients to define and achieve their goals. 

I was born and raised in Calgary and have always lived an active lifestyle, spending much of my childhood dancing competitively and enjoying various outdoor pursuits. I hold a bachelor's degree in communications, and love putting it to use by forming meaningful and professional connections with clients. There's nothing that lights me up more than building (and being a part of!) fun and supportive fitness communities. 

When I'm not busy training, you'll find me spending time with family, driving my kids to the pool or pitch, dabbling in new fitness modalities, or at a music festival building playlists for my next class!
