I began my fitness journey as a young gymnast. Through training and coaching, I developed a passion for physiology, biomechanics, and strength training. Specifically, strength training to support everyday life and activities. This ultimately led me to an undergraduate and master's degree in kinesiology, where science and coaching merge! My training approach is grounded in creating a supportive, empowering environment where clients feel encouraged to step beyond their comfort zones. With expertise in working with a diverse range of clients—from athletes to individuals managing chronic health conditions—I tailor sessions to meet your unique needs. My personal favourite activities include lifting heavy (of course), skiing, hiking, and running to coffee shops with friends. Otherwise, you'll find me perusing a local bookstore, market, or trying a new restaurant with my family.
