My approach to fitness is rooted in building solid foundations through dynamic mobility and strength exercises. I enjoy working with a wide range of clientele and have helped many improve their running, rehabilitate from injury, and achieve their strength goals! I am also the coach behind "Golden Girls," a wonderful group of women looking to increase strength and longevity through community and quality coaching. No matter age or ability, I strive to help my clients gain a sense of appreciation for what their bodies can do now and motivate them to work towards what they are capable of!
