About Bryce

Bryce loves healthy movement. He blends his experience in strength training, partner acrobatics, life coaching, and craniosacral therapy into every client session, even if it's "just a strength training workout". He's additionally trained in a biomechanics assessment style that tests to find personalized drills that increase your flexibility during the assessment session. It must be experienced to be believed. The drills can then be practiced in 10 minutes a day to make the new flexibility permanent.

Bryce is especially skilled at:

  • Tackling nagging joint and back pains while workout out in the gym.
  • Increasing flexibility with low-intensity drills.
  • Troubleshooting challenging partner acrobatics skills.
