Mom of three boys and self-proclaimed coffee addict, I believe strength training is about more than fitness — it’s about feeling capable in every season of life. As a certified personal trainer with a passion for nutrition and fuelling the body well, I love helping clients find balance between movement, nourishment, and real life. Since becoming a mom, I’ve found my niche in the pre- and postnatal space, supporting women who want to stay strong during and after pregnancy so they can feel functionally fit for all the wild, beautiful, and chaotic things motherhood throws their way. I’m a big believer in lifting heavy — in the gym and in life — and proving to ourselves just how strong and capable we really are. When I’m not in the gym or chasing my boys, you’ll probably find me happily grazing on my favourite food group: a perfectly built charcuterie board.
